Reef fish are caught by hook and line. Seachamp sources a range of reef fish like parrot, leather jacket, grouper and smelt whiting fish from Palawan and Zamboanga. These are processed as whole round, gilled and gutted, dressed or filleted and packed in the factories closest to their sources under a food safety management system.
